Lotus Root Lotus Root Curry Ingredients - 1 lb (250 g) Tomatoes - 1 lb (250 g) Cilantro - few tribes Green Chilli - 1 small root of ginger - small piece of cumin seeds / Jeera - 1 / 2 teaspoon Asofoetida / Hing - a pinch of turmeric powder / Haldi - 1 / 4 tsp coriander powder chemical / coriander - Wash 2 cups of the process of lotus root well under running water - 1 / 3 teaspoon garam masala - a pinch of salt - 1 / 2 teaspoon oil - 2 teaspoons of water. Peel the skin. In thin circular pieces as shown below.Wash again with fast-flowing water. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces 1 cm. Cut the ginger, coriander and green chilli into very small pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pressure cooker on medium heat wave. If you see a couple of smokes Add jeera seeds, hanging a few seconds to add. Mix. Add the turmeric powder. Stir for a few seconds. Add coriander powder dry. Mix. Make sure not to burn the spices. Add the chopped tomatoes, ginger, green chilli and salt. Mix well. Cook for 5 or 10 minutes at medium heat. Stir occasionally. AddCut pieces of lotus root. Mix well. Cook over low heat 4 to 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Add 2 cups of water. Mix well. Close the lid of the stove. Cook over medium-high for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Allow to cool. Open the lid. Verify that the lotus root is soft enough. If not, cook for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Add cut coriander leaves and a pinch of garam masala. Mix well. Supply of Sri Sri Radha and Krishna with Rotis.
